A lawyer acceptable to the Supreme Court, and certified arbitrator. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from the College of Sharia and Law, the first batch with distinction in 2001. He holds a master’s degree from Sultan Qaboos University in commercial law in 2015.
He obtained a degree of excellence in the qualifying course at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences in 2002. He had the honor of being appointed as a member of the Public Prosecution by Royal Decree No. 42/2004 after obtaining the first rank of the founding batch of Public Prosecution assistants.
He rose in the judicial work until he reached the level of (assistant Public Prosecutor), and he has experience in judicial work for (20) years, represented in criminal investigation and pleading before all courts, preparing memoranda, decisions and legal opinions. He ranked first in the pleading workshop, theoretically and practically. He was assigned during his period of work in the Public Prosecution to teach at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary.
